  • "When will product XXXXX be back in stock?"
    • We're sorry that the product you are looking for is unavailable.  We are continuously implementing new inventory control measures to ensure we always have the products you need in stock.  Unfortunately, from time to time, demand exceeds our projections and we sell all of our stock before a new shipment arrives.  A typical shipment of tulle takes roughly 60 days to manufacture and ship, and our headbands, flowers, ribbon, etc can take up to 120 days from order to arrival.  As soon as we have any information on when a product will arrive, we will post the information on our Facebook fan page, and will update the product information page.  The estimated availability will be listed at the top of the product page.   Unfortunately, what is posted is all the information we have and cannot provide any further details by phone or email.

 

  • "Will you be getting the XXXXX in YYYYY colour?"
    • If it is not listed on the website, we do not have plans currently to offer that colour.  We do take suggestions and add new colours from time to time.  Even if we decide to introduce a new colour, it may take many months to finalize the dye formulas, manufacture and approve test lots, and complete a full production run.

 

  • "What will shipping cost to XXXXX?"
    • If you are in Canada or the USA, our shipping estimator is built into the shopping cart.  Simply add the products you wish to buy to your shopping cart, and go to the 'checkout' page.  The system will provide a quote for Canada Post and FedEx shipping options.  These are the only shipping options available -- We do not ship by unregistered lettermail, and there is no such thing as a 'best effort' parcel post option in Canada.
    • For all other countries, please use the form below to request a shipping quote.  Please provide a detailed address including postal code, and the exact list of products you are looking to purchase.  Please note that shipping to most international destinations is very expensive.

 

  • "Has my order shipped yet?"
    • The easiest and most accurate way to get the status of your order is to use the 'Sign In' link in the upper right corner of your screen, then use the 'My Account' link to see your current orders and history.  The current status of your order, including any applicable tracking numbers will be listed in the order detail.

 

  • "I forgot to order XXXX, can I add it to my order?"
    • Please check the status of your original order first to ensure that it is still in "Pending" or "Processing" status.  Once an order is "Sent to warehouse to pack" or "Shipped", we cannot make changes to the order.
    • If the order has not been packed yet, you can simple order the additional product as normal, but use the 'Add to Order' shipping option on checkout.  We will combine the orders, and ship together.
    • If there is an increase in shipping cost, we will contact you to make the additional payment.

 

  • "Do you carry XXXXX?"
    • If it is not listed on the website, we do not carry the product.  Although we would love to be a one-stop-shop for everyone, we do have a limited warehouse and cannot possibly add every product on the market!

 

  • "Where can I find discount coupons/codes?"
    • Our discount codes are extremely rare.  We will publish them in our newsletter or on our Facebook page if we have one.  Typically these only happen on special dates, such as our birthday, or certain holidays.

 

  • "Do you sell to small business/large business/retail/wholesale/education/industrial/etc customers?"
  • "What discounts do you offer XXXXXX?"
    • Our customer base is wide ranging, from retail shops to large industrial to boutiques to bridal decorators.  We service everyone that needs our products and have no minimum order requirement.
    • Our discount structure is based on order size and product quantity.  Although any customer can order just one roll of tulle, our website will automatically discount orders up to 200 rolls of tulle. 
    • Our large wholesale customers ordering in excess of 200 x 100 YD rolls at a time, we will enable custom pricing on the website.
    • Contact us for industrial put-ups, or custom sizes.

 

  • "Do you have a show room/retail store/etc?"
    • Our warehouse is not zoned for retail, however by appointment we can show you the products and colours in our office. 
    • All orders must be placed online prior to pickup, but may be picked up at our Peterborough Ontario warehouse location.
